Registrations Bratislava

Today's date: 01.08.2010

*Students must sent their registration emails to their advisor no later than at 3 p.m. of the scheduled date and from their VSM students email address or from the email address recorded at the admission office. Emails must contain codes of chosen courses, sections (DLBA or DLTN) and proof of tuition and fees payment attached.

Students registering after 3 p.m. on June 9, 2010 must pay late registration fee of 166 €.
Late registration is possible by Jun 15, 2010.
Changes in registrations are possible by Jun 15, 2010.
Summer term starts on July 5, 2010.

Students are responsible to:
- have all the obligations to the school settled up (textbooks returned, short-term loans paid off by Jun 6, 2010),
- bring the student ID card, proof of tuition and textbooks fee payment,
- enter the registration room only with the registration form properly filled,
For faster process of registrations we kindly ask all students to use mainly bank servises or post office for all the payments including textbooks fees. In case of cash payments, we will accept only exact sums.
- be aware of fees for changing registration or for late registration,
- choose courses by themselves according to their own program plan and actual course offer,
- control classroom timetable to avoid time conflicts (daily courses),
- empower somebody for registration with the documents mentioned above including the properly filled in registration form, if the student is unable to come personally,
- have alternative courses chosen in case of full class.

For the reason of effective flow of registrations and with respect to other students waiting for registration, we kindly ask students to understand that program plan and payments consultations or course choice advising is not possible during the registrations (or only if there is no other student waiting for registration at the end of registration day).
