Registration requirements:

• prepaid tuition
• prepaid study materials (BSBA + BSBA/Bc + MBA)
• a valid prolongation stamp for 2012/2013 on your student card

!!!ATTENTION: You must send the receipt of payment for tuition and other fees to Ms. Hrachova (ahrachova@vsm.sk) only if you paid after November 23, 2012!!!

WHO CAN REGISTER for the Winter 2013 trimester:

• Students of the Bachelor program whose GPA (grade point average) is ABOVE 2.0
• Students of the MBA programs whose GPA is ABOVE 3.0

WHO CAN NOT REGISTER for the Winter 2013 trimester:

• Students of the BSBA/Dual, MBA programs whose GPA has been UNDER 2.0/3.0 except the Fall 2012 trimester for 2 or more trimesters (for students registered in the Fall 2012 trimester)
• These students can register only based on an approval of the Readmission Committee until December 20, 2012 when the grades for the Fall 2012 trimester should be already published

PRINCIPLES OF REGISTRATION:

1. Please follow the specific dates not only according to the amount of credits, but also according to the form of the course (daily and external).
2. It is impossible to register daily and external courses at the same time.
3. Invalid registrations will be without any notification DECLINED!

STUDENT'S DUTIES BEFORE REGISTRATIONS:

1. Payment of the tuition
2. Payment for study materials
3. Sending the proof of payment to the email ahrachova@vsm.sk if paid later than November 23, 2012
   
4. ! To speed up the registration process, please pay ALL the fees (INCLUDING TEXTBOOK FEES) through bank transactions or at the post office. !
   ! During registrations use MAINLY bank services, the admissions office accepts only exact cash payments in exceptional cases !

TYPES OF REGISTRATIONS:

ONLINE registrations will be open on the scheduled days from midnight to midnight. Students can register through thesystem ESO at http://registration.vsm.sk.

You should check the status of your registration using the same path within 48 hours after its submission.

REGISTRATIONS IN PERSON will take place on the scheduled days at the times stated in the table above. Students can come to the Admissions Office in person or send a person who is authorized to act on behalf of them.
1. The student is obliged to bring the proof of payments if it was not sent by mail before.

E-MAIL REGISTRATIONS (for the MBA program):The student will send the registration email to his/her student advisor from VSM address.

1. Email must contain the exact codes and sections of the chosen courses and a proof of payments.
2. Email must be sent by midnight of the day stated in the above table.
3. Registration emails will be dealt with in order as they arrive.
4. The Admissions Office WILL NOT send you the confirmation email for the time reasons.

You can check the status of your registration via http://registration.vsm.sk within 48 hours after sending the mail.


December 17 - 20, 2012 - late registration for Bc., Mgr., BSBA/ DUAL students 166 EUR
December 20, 2012 – Last day of registration
January 8, 2013 – last day for change of registration (no new registrations) 17 EUR
