Counseling center

A service aimed to offer help to VSM/CU students with any study-related concerns which are worrying them and are not directly related to organizational issues which can be dealt with by admission office or associate dean. Students with following problems may need the individual counseling: getting used to life at university, stress, self esteem, oral presentation and exam anxiety, learning problems, dealing with difficult people, helping a classmate, managing anger and conflict etc.

Moreover, the counseling center will also organize series of workshops where CU/VSM students can participate for free. The workshops will address topics like study techniques, effective communication, dealing with conflicts, persuasion techniques, job search etc.

To meet the counselor, visit the counseling center on the 3rd floor in the Vysoka skola manazmentu building in Bratislava in office 302 during the office hours or write an email to spc@vsm.sk to arrange an appointment. You can also contact the center using skype.
