Ambassador Peter Burian Roma Student Leadership Scholarship

Thanks to the initiative of Ambassador Peter Burian and through the efforts of the Slovak Honorary Consuls in the United States, a scholarship for Roma students has been established to support their efforts to obtain a university degree in the field of management. This scholarship will be open to all Roma students coming from low-income families in Slovakia who meet the requirements for application. Each applicant will then submit specific documents that will be focused on academic excellence, character, and potential for the future to make a difference. The scholarship will initially support one student for a 3-year period so that he or she can obtain a baccalaureate degree in Business Management on Trencin campus of Vysoká škola manažmentu (School of Management - City University of Seattle).

Applicants have to send the required documents to Dr. Cecilia Rokusek and Ms. Maria Vidova electronically at once.
