Are you ready to go beyond traditional business and become a leader in corporate social responsibility (CSR)? Join our Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) and gain the skills to build a business that is not only profitable but also purposeful and sustainable.
What You'll Learn:
- Understanding CSR: Dive deep into the core principles of CSR and learn how it boosts a company's reputation and long-term value.
- Practical Experience: You'll work in an interdisciplinary team to create a comprehensive CSR project from scratch. This includes developing a crisis communication plan and crafting proposals for real-world scenarios.
- Real-World Skills: Get hands-on experience by creating engaging media outputs like videos, podcasts, and infographics, enhancing your digital skills.
- Global Collaboration: Work effectively in an international environment, overcome cultural barriers, and learn to adapt your communication to different contexts.
What the Program Offers:
- Virtual Activities: Two virtual sessions in November will prepare you for the program with introductions to CSR and practical mobility instructions.
- Physical Activities: Spend five days in Bratislava, at School of Management, Panónska 17, Bratislava, Slovakia (December 1-5, 2025). The program includes a guided city tour and a company visit to a CSR leader like Slovnaft, post production studio and voluntary activities.
- Final Presentations: Showcase your project and receive valuable feedback during the final virtual session on December 7, 2025.
This program will provide you with the critical thinking and problem-solving skills needed to address ethical and environmental challenges in business. Prepare for real-world challenges in CSR communication in a professional environment!

Physical Mobility: December 1, 2025 – December 5, 2025
Day 1 : Arrival and Strategic Fundamentals
- Morning: Registration and welcome coffee (9:00 - 10:00). Followed by an official welcome and program introduction.
- 10:00-11:30 Expert Lecture: "Stakeholder Analysis and CSR Communication Strategy." The lecture will focus on how CSR communication affects relationships with stakeholders.
- 12:00 - 13:00 Lunch: A shared lunch with the lecturers.
- 13:30-15:30 Afternoon: Practical Workshop: Work in multidisciplinary teams on a case study analysis. Students will identify key stakeholders and propose an initial CSR strategy for a given company.
- 15:300 Evening: Social Activity: Discovering Bratislava and Christmas Market. A guided walking tour of Bratislava's historic city center, allowing students to get to know the city and network,
Day 2: CSR in Practice – Partnerships and Dialogue – visit post production studio
- 9:00 - 9:15 Morning coffee and a brief introduction to the day's agenda.
- 9:30 – 12:00 Late Morning: Expert Lecture: "Employee Engagement and Social Dialogue." The lecture will focus on internal CSR communication and building relationships with employees. (excursion)
- 12:00 - 13:00 Lunch: Shared lunch.
- 14:00 Afternoon: Practical Workshop in post production studio: A discussion and teamwork session on creating a proposal for internal communication to support CSR, with a focus on employee engagement. Acquiring digital skills.
- Evening: Free time for individual or team activities.
Day 3: Communication with the Community and Non-profit Sector - volunteering in a non-profit organization in practice
- 9:00 - 9:15 Morning coffee
- 9:30 -12:00 Late Morning: Expert Lecture and Workshop: "Public Relations and Communication with Communities." The lecturer will speak about communicating with the community and the non-profit sector. The workshops will focus on creating project proposals for non-profit organizations.
- Lunch: Shared lunch.
- 14:00 Team Workshops: Students work on a service proposal for a non-profit organization to raise its public awareness and build a positive image (volunteer activities).
- Evening: Social Activity: Green Mobility – e.g., an excursion to a nearby nature park where students can reflect on the environmental aspects of CSR and strengthen team bonds in an informal setting.
Day 4: Corporate Responsibility and Sustainable Business
- 9:00 - 9:15 Morning coffee.
- 10:00 Company Visit and Lecture: An excursion to a company that is a leader in CSR (e.g., Slovnaft a.s.). A lecture will be given on the implementation of CSR strategies and communication with stakeholders in practice.
- Lunch: Shared lunch.
- Afternoon: Teamwork and Consultations: Student teams work on finalizing their projects (e.g., CSR plan, crisis communication, media outputs) and consult with experts on their ideas.
- Evening: Free time.
Day 5: Presentations and Closing Ceremony
- 9:00 - 10:00 Preparation for final presentations ().
- 10:00 Final Project Presentations: Each team presents its educational outcomes (e.g., a comprehensive CSR project, a crisis plan) and receives feedback from the lecturers and representatives of partner organizations.
- Lunch: A festive closing lunch.
- Afternoon: Closing Ceremony: A discussion and experience-sharing session, followed by the presentation of certificates and a group photo.
- Evening: Departure of participants.
